锌电解槽内结构改造与液体流动探究

    • 摘要: 锌电积过程受电解槽槽内结构影响,同一槽内不同位置离子浓度差、槽温差异等生产因素易引起锌电积速率不一,造成阴极析出锌薄厚不一。槽内结构改造后,在生产实践过程,很好改善槽内锌电积速率不一现象,生产经济指标优化明显。

       

      Abstract: The zinc electrode process is affected by the structure of the electrolytic tank, and production factors such as the difference in ionic concentration at different locations in the same tank and the difference in tank temperature can easily cause the zinc electrode rate to vary, resulting in the cathode precipitating zinc of different thicknesses. After the modification of the tank structure, in the process of production practice, it is very good to improve the phenomena of different zinc electrode rate in the tank, and the optimisation of production economic indexes is obvious.
