Abstract:
This paper takes lead-zinc mining and metallurgy enterprises as a case study to discuss the concept of digital intelligence transformation planning for lead-zinc mining and metallurgy enterprises. The planning framework includes the planning of the cloud platform, intelligent control centre and data centre of the headquarters of the lead-zinc mining and metallurgy enterprise, the centralized control centre of the mining and metallurgy enterprise and the intelligent planning scheme of the production site side, starting from the enterprise’s global planning, unifying the data, software, and hardware standards, creating a unified digital infrastructure base, connecting the existing production lines and business digital system protocols, and constructing a synergistic and efficient lead-zinc germanium non-ferrous metal basic industrial chain as a whole digital intelligence platform. It explains how lead-zinc mining and metallurgical enterprises can make use of advanced technologies such as 5G, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and big data to build smart factories, smart mines, smart operations and collaborative ecology, as well as the construction of the Kirin big data centre, and ultimately realizes the transformation from a mineral resource provider to a smart resource provider.
