掘进面高压外喷泡沫吸收液治理硫化氢合理参数研究

    Research on reasonable parameters of high-pressure external spray foam absorption liquid injection for hydrogen sulfide treatment in tunneling faces

    • 摘要: 针对生辉煤业三采区运输巷掘进面生产期间硫化氢浓度高,严重影响作业人员的身心健康,采取现场实测硫化氢浓度,得到截割不同区域煤体及三个方向上的硫化氢运移特点;结合硫化氢扩散特征,研发设计高压外喷泡沫吸收液系统,并对核心关键元件进行设计,同时分析喷洒不同浓度的泡沫剂和吸收液期间的硫化氢治理效果,同时依据现场作业情况及治理成本,最终得到生辉煤业三采区运输巷掘进面泡沫剂和吸收液的最合理浓度分别为3.0%、0.5%;实施高压外喷泡沫吸收液治理硫化氢后,发现掘进机司机处的硫化氢浓度由122×10−6减少至6×10−6,吸收效率达到95.08%;下风侧10 m处硫化氢浓度由102×10−6下降到5×10−6,吸收效率达到95.10%。

       

      Abstract: During the production period, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the excavation face of the transportation roadway in the third mining area of Shenghui Coal Industry is high, which seriously affected the physical and mental health of the workers. The concentration of hydrogen sulfide is measured on site, and the characteristics of hydrogen sulfide migration in the coal bodies of different cutting areas and in three directions are obtained. Combined with the diffusion characteristics of hydrogen sulfide, a high-pressure external spray foam absorption liquid system is developed and designed, and the core key components are designed. The treatment effect of hydrogen sulfide by spraying different concentrations of foam agent and absorbent is analyzed. Based on the on-site operation conditions and treatment costs, the most reasonable concentrations of the foam agent and the absorption liquid in the excavation face of the transportation roadway in the third mining area of Shenghui Coal Industry are finally determined to be 3% and 0.5% respectively. After implementing the treatment of hydrogen sulfide with high-pressure external spray foam absorption liquid, it is found that the concentration of hydrogen sulfide at the driver of the roadheader decreases from 122×10−6 to 6×10−6, and the absorption efficiency reaches 95.08%. The concentration of hydrogen sulfide at 10 meters downwind decreases from 102×10−6 to 5×10−6, and the absorption efficiency reaches 95.10%.
