机器人贴标机在有色金属冶炼行业的研究及应用

    • 摘要: 以国内某家有色金属冶炼公司中的锌锭自动贴标为研究对象,由于锌锭生产的尺寸差异和码垛后锌垛外形尺寸的不规则性,传统以固定机械臂为主的贴标机无法实现所有锌垛的精准贴标;本文研究以六轴机器人为主的贴标机,实现对不规整锌垛实现精准贴标,从而实现锌垛贴标自动化,降低劳动强度及节约劳动力,提高公司市场竞争力,为同行业提供示范作用,具有一定的指导作用。

       

      Abstract: Taking the automatic labelling of zinc ingots in a domestic non-ferrous metal smelting company as the research object, due to the size differences in zinc ingot production and the irregularity of the external dimensions of zinc stacks after stacking, traditional labelling machines mainly using fixed robotic arms cannot achieve accurate labelling of all zinc stacks. This paper researches on a labelling machine mainly composed of six axis robots to achieve precise labelling of irregular zinc stacks, thereby realizing automation of zinc stack labelling, reducing labor intensity and saving labor, improving the company’s market competitiveness, providing demonstration for the same industry, and having a certain guiding role.
