Abstract:
A hard dressing lead-zinc ore contains 2.48% lead, 2.45% zinc, and 7.90% sulfur. Due to the high level of minerals such as sericite, kaolin, and chlorite in the ore that are prone to mud formation, they are easily carries up during the flotation process, which has adverse effects on flotation. Detailed mineral processing technology research has been conducted to better develop and utilize mineral resources. The process flow of lead priority flotation, lead tailings selection, zinc selection, lead-zinc selection and regrinding are adopted. After adding gangue inhibitors, good mineral processing indicators are obtained, with lead concentrate containing 65.84% lead and lead recovery rate of 92.66%; zinc concentrate contains 47.17% zinc, with a zinc recovery rate of 86.02%.
