    • 摘要: 根据煤炭行业智能化建设需求,本文以国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司保德煤矿为研究区,通过对保德煤矿辅助运输系统现有设备进行自主化智能改造设计,现场应用实践证明,该系统的核心价值在于通过多源传感技术、数据融合分析与自动化决策。其应用可精准拦截“带病”车辆入井,避免隐患向井下转移,同时通过历史数据优化维保周期,降低运维成本。对于保德煤矿等智能化示范矿井而言,该系统的落地不仅提升了运输安全保障能力,更为煤矿行业从“人防”向“技防”转型提供了可复制的技术路径,对推动煤炭产业高效化、智能化发展具有重要实践意义。

       

      Abstract: Based on the construction needs of intelligent coal industry, this paper takes Baode Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group Co., Ltd. as the research area, and designs intelligent transformation of the existing equipment of the auxiliary transportation system in Baode Coal Mine through independent research and development. The core value of the system is to accurately intercept sick vehicles from going down the well, avoid hidden dangers from transferring to the underground, and optimize the maintenance cycle through historical data, which can reduce the operation and maintenance cost. For intelligent demonstration mines such as Baode Coal Mine, the implementation of this system not only improves the transport safety assurance capability, but also provides a replicable technical path for the transformation coal mines from human prevention to technical prevention, which has important practical significance for promoting the efficient and intelligent development of the coal industry.
