地质勘查技术在水厂铁矿的应用研究

    Analysis of the application of geological exploration technology in the Shuichang Iron Mine

    • 摘要: 为应对社会经济发展对矿产资源的需求增长,探讨如何在保障工业稳定发展的前提下实现矿产资源的高效勘查与开发,以首钢集团有限公司矿业公司水厂铁矿为研究对象,分析其资源紧张局面及勘查需求。通过对比多种勘查技术的优缺点,最终确定采用钻孔勘查与物理勘查相结合的技术方案,于2016—2017年间完成该区域的资源勘查工作。勘查结果显示,钻孔勘查能够提供直接的岩芯样本,物理勘查则可快速获取大范围地质信息,两者结合显著提高了资源储量的估算精度。具体而言,水厂铁矿的资源储量级别从推断级提升至控制级,资源量增加了约20%,有效满足了露天开采及露天转地下开采的资源规划要求。研究表明,综合运用多种现代勘查技术可降低勘查成本、提高效率和准确性,为类似矿产资源开发企业提供技术参考,推动行业向低成本、高效率的绿色勘查模式转型,有助于保障我国矿产资源的可持续供应与工业体系的稳定运行。

       

      Abstract: To address the growing demand for mineral resources driven by socioeconomic development and technological advancement, this study aims to explore efficient and cost - effective geological exploration technologies for ensuring the stable supply of mineral resources to support continuous industrial development. Using Shuichang Iron Mine of Shougang Group Mining Company as a case study, the research analyzes the mine’s resource-strained situation and the need for exploration. After evaluating multiple exploration technologies, a combined drilling and physical exploration method is adopted. Implemented between 2016 and 2017, this approach utilizes drilling to obtain direct core samples and physical exploration to rapidly gather extensive geological data, enhancing the accuracy of resource estimation. The study finds that this integrated method significantly improves the mine’s resource reserve estimation accuracy. Specifically, the resource/reserve classification at Shuichang Iron Mine is upgraded from inferred to indicated, with a roughly 20% increase in resource quantity. This satisfies the resource planning requirements for open - pit and underground mining operations. The findings suggest that employing diverse modern exploration technologies can reduce exploration costs, improve efficiency and accuracy. This serves as a technological reference for similar mineral resource development enterprises. It also promotes a shift towards a low-cost, high-efficiency green exploration model in the industry, helping to ensure the sustainable supply of China’s mineral resources and the stable operation of its industrial system.
