    • 摘要: 随着煤矿井下综采工作面智能化技术的快速发展,对采煤机的智能化要求越来越高。作为煤矿生产的重要一环,采煤机的技术水平直接关系到煤矿产能的提高。采煤机电控系统是一个复杂的电气系统,涉及到多种电气设备和元件的协同工作,以实现采煤机的各项功能和控制。保证各电气元件之间的良好通讯是电控系统的重要指标,通讯电缆是系统中的“血管”,负责将各个部件和元件连接起来,实现电气信号的传输和控制指令的执行。线束是指由各种电线、连接器、保护套等组成的电子线路组件,能够在系统内部和外部传输电源、信号、指令等各种信息,并具有集成、规整、易安装等优点。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of intelligent technology for fully mechanized mining faces in coal mines, the requirements for the intelligence of coal mining machines are becoming increasingly high. As an important part of coal mining production, the technical level of coal mining machines is directly related to the improvement of coal mining capacity. The electrical control system of the coal mining machine is a complex electrical system that involves the collaborative work of multiple electrical equipment and components to achieve various functions and controls of the coal mining machine. Ensuring good communication between various electrical components is an important indicator of the electronic control system. Communication cables are the “blood vessels” in the system, responsible for connecting various components and elements to achieve the transmission of electrical signals and the execution of control commands. A wiring harness refers to an electronic circuit component composed of various wires, connectors, protective covers, etc., which can transmit various information such as power, signals, commands, etc. inside and outside the system, and has the advantages of integration, regularity, and easy installation.
