    Design and implementation of a solenoid valve controller for intelligent shearer

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种基于PVG电磁阀的智能化控制器。该控制器不仅具备CAN通信功能,能够与采煤机主控制器进行实时精准的数据交互,实现远程监控指令的快速下发和状态信息的实时回传,还支持多路电磁阀的比例控制。通过灵活调节各电磁阀的开合比例,控制器可精确调整采煤机滚筒的高度。此外,该控制器创新性地集成了动作状态与故障状态的双反馈机制,能够实时监测电磁阀的动作进程,并在出现故障时及时发出警报,提供详细的故障信息,便于维修人员快速定位问题并采取相应措施,从而有效提升了采煤机的运行稳定性和维护效率。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents an intelligent controller based on the PVG solenoid valve. The controller is equipped with CAN communication capabilities, which enable real-time and precise data interaction with the main controller of the shearer. This facilitates the rapid dispatch of remote monitoring instructions and the real-time return of status information. Additionally, the controller supports proportional control of multiple solenoid valves. By flexibly adjusting the opening and closing proportions of each solenoid valve, the controller can precisely regulate the height of the coal mining machine’s drum. Furthermore, this controller innovatively integrates a dual-feedback mechanism for both action and fault statuses, allowing for real-time monitoring of the solenoid valve’s operational process. In the event of a fault, it promptly issues an alarm and provides detailed fault information, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly identify the issue and take appropriate measures. This significantly enhances the operational stability and maintenance efficiency of the shearer.
