振动分析在采煤机故障诊断中的应用

    The application of vibration analysis in fault diagnosis of shearer

    • 摘要: 本文通过对采煤机摇臂健康轴承和齿轮的振动数据进行采集,得出齿轮的固有振动频率特性,分别对故障的齿轮和故障轴承采集振动数据,得出其在故障状态下的频率特性。通过对比健康状态下齿轮和轴承的频率特性与故障状态下频率特性的差异,从而进行故障诊断。通过对齿轮箱的振动检测与分析能够及时发现油质中存在杂质、齿轮断齿等故障,给出预警信息,提醒检修人员更换润滑油、损坏的齿轮,防止造成更大的损失或者停产,从而保证煤矿的生产产能。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the vibration data of healthy bearing and gear of shearer rocker arm are collected, and the natural vibration frequency characteristics of gear are obtained. The vibration data of faulty gear and faulty bearing are collected respectively, and then the frequency characteristics in fault state are obtained. By comparing the frequency characteristics of gears and bearings in healthy state with those in fault state, the fault diagnosis can be carried out. Through vibration detection and analysis of the gear box, faults such as impurities in the oil and broken teeth can be promptly identified, providing early warning information to remind maintenance personnel to replace the lubricating oil and damaged gears, preventing greater losses or production halts, and thus ensuring the production capacity of the coal mine.
