Abstract:
The advance support of the mining roadway in the working face is of great significance to the integrity of the roadway and the safe advancement of the working face. Affected by the surface fluctuation, the thickness of the coal seam cover mountain increases greatly with the advance of the working face, and the original rock stress of the surrounding rock increases, and the roadway side drum is serious. The coal body bulging out of the roadway side squeezes the portal support column, which seriously affects the stability of the roadway roof. In order to solve this problem, Baode Coal Mine decides to use FRP bolt to reinforce the front side of auxiliary roadway in 81203 fully mechanized caving face in advance. Combined with the characteristics of surrounding rock in the working face, the model is established by FLAC
3D numerical simulation software, and the reinforcement support scheme is analyzed. The simulation results show that the deformation of the side drum is significantly reduced after the reinforcement support is implemented, and the roof subsidence of the main side is also improved. Subsequently, the field application effect of the reinforcement support scheme is remarkable, and the effective control of the drum directly proves the rationality of the scheme.
