矿山地压安全监测预警平台

    Mine ground pressure safety monitoring and early warning platform

    • 摘要: 随着深部矿山开采深度增加,地压灾害风险显著上升,传统监测方法存在数据分散、多源异构数据整合困难等问题。为此,本研究开发了一套基于数据处理分析与三维可视化技术的地压安全监测预警平台。该平台通过集成微震监测系统、应力传感器、地表位移监测装置及地质力学数据库等多源数据,构建了监测指标与空间位置的三维动态关联模型,实现了地压安全态势的实时感知与分级预警闭环管理。平台在毛坪矿山的实际应用中,经过五个月稳定运行,累计触发有效预警840次,显著提升了矿山对岩爆、冒顶等灾害的防控能力,为深部矿山安全高效开采提供了可靠技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: As mining depths increase in underground operations, the risks of ground pressure hazards rise significantly, while traditional monitoring methods face challenges such as fragmented data and difficulties in integrating multi-source heterogeneous data. To address these issues, this study develops a ground pressure safety monitoring and early warning platform based on data processing analysis and 3D visualization technology. By integrating multi-source data including microseismic monitoring systems, stress sensors, surface displacement monitoring devices, and geomechanical databases, the platform establishes a three-dimensional dynamic correlation model between monitoring indicators and spatial locations. This enables real-time perception of ground pressure safety conditions and implements closed-loop management for tiered early warnings. During a 5-month operational trial at Maoping Mine, the platform successfully triggered 840 valid warnings, significantly enhancing the mine’s capability to prevent and control hazards such as rockbursts and roof collapses. The system has proven to be a reliable technical solution for ensuring safe and efficient deep mining operations.
