Abstract:
The coal seam of Bulianta Coal Mine is thick, shallow, and the interval between layers is small. The overlying concentrated coal pillars have a greater impact on the fully-mechanized mining face. Taking 22404 fully mechanized mining face in Bulianta Coal Mine as an example, this paper studies the technology of the fully-mechanized mining face passing through the overlying concentrated mining pillars. This paper analyzes the occurrence and prediction of mining pressure during the passage of coal pillars in the fully-mechanized mining face, the support and engineering quality of the fully-mechanized mining face, the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the fully-mechanized mining face, and the measures to prevent the collapse of the fully-mechanized mining face. Avoid accidents such as death of support, roof fall, slotting, bolt or anchor cable splashing and injury caused by strong ground pressure when passing the overlying concentrated coal pillar. This paper studies the situation of 22404 fully-mechanized mining face passing through the concentrated coal pillars in the overlying goaf, which has guiding significance for the future mining of similar fully-mechanized mining faces.
