超大断面切眼掘进顶板稳定性管控技术研究

    Research on stability control technology for roof excavation with super large cross-section cutting hole

    • 摘要: 以补连塔煤矿22煤层四盘区22411大采高综采工作面8.0 m大采高切眼掘进为例,掘进前运用经验公式测算了大断面巷道掘进顶板锚杆、锚索支护参数,同时利用形似地质条件对比法,论证了该支护参数的安全性。掘进时通过矿压实时监测,木点信号全过程跟踪观测,实现对顶板稳定性的全过程管控,确保超大断面巷道的安全掘进。

       

      Abstract: Taking the 8.0 m high cutting hole excavation of the 22411 large mining height fully mechanized mining face in the fifth panel area of the 22nd coal mine in Bulianta Coal Mine as an example, the empirical formula is used to calculate the roof anchor and anchor support parameters of the large cross-section roadway before excavation. At the same time, the safety type of the support parameters is demonstrated using the comparative method of similar geological conditions. During excavation, real-time monitoring of mining pressure and full process tracking and observation of wood point signals are used to achieve full process control of roof stability and ensure safe excavation of super large cross-section roadways.
