Abstract:
This paper takes the new generation of large pole plate automatic zinc stripping machine researched and developed by Beikuang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, introduces the overall design scheme of the large pole plate automatic zinc stripping machine and the basic structure of the cathode plate, and puts forward a faulty stripping disc recognition technology based on improved YOLOv8 algorithm in view of the problem that the failure of the cathode plate stripping disc leads to the low efficiency of the zinc stripping machine, and verifies that, through the simulation experiments, the recognition accuracy of the faulty stripping disc is up to 98.9%. Through simulation experiments, the accuracy of faulty stripping disc identification reaches 98.9%, which meets the detection requirements of the actual production and greatly improves the zinc stripping efficiency of the automatic zinc stripping machine, and has a broad engineering application prospect and practical application value.
