双板双工位智能剥锌机横向链驱动系统设计计算与分析

    Calculation and analysis of the design of transverse chain drive system for double-plate and double-station intelligent zinc stripping machine

    • 摘要: 本文以北矿机电科技有限责任公司研发的新一代双板双工位智能剥锌机为研究对象,介绍了智能剥锌机及横向链驱动系统基本结构组成和工作原理,通过对双板双工位智能剥锌机横向链驱动系统核心技术进行计算分析,为智能剥锌的全流程智能化、模块化与柔性化提供理论参考和技术支持。工业应用结果表明:该智能剥锌机横向链驱动系统运行安全稳定可靠,整套剥锌机组智能化程度高,生产效率高,实际生产稳定运行在700块/h以上,达到国内外最高水平,大幅提升了该冶炼厂的锌冶炼智能装备水平,具有广阔的推广前景和实际应用价值。

       

      Abstract: This paper takes the new-generation double-plate and double-station intelligent zinc stripping machine developed by Beikuang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, introduces the intelligent zinc stripping machine and the basic structure and working principle of the transverse chain drive system, and provides theoretical references and technical support for the intelligent zinc stripping of the whole process of intelligent, modularity and flexibilisation by calculating and analysing the core technology of the double-plate and double-station intelligent zinc stripping machine’s transverse chain drive system. The industrial application results show that: the intelligent zinc stripping machine transverse chain drive system is safe, stable and reliable, the whole set of zinc stripping unit has a high degree of intelligence and high production efficiency, the actual production runs stably at more than 700 pieces/hour, which reaches the highest level at home and abroad, and greatly improves the level of zinc smelting intelligent equipment in this smelting plant, and it has a broad prospect of popularity and value of practical application.
