Abstract: The Qiongbei Basin possesses abundant and diverse groundwater resources. Thanks to its unique topography, geomorphology, and hydrogeological conditions, it provides high-quality water that plays a vital role in supporting local livelihoods, agricultural production, and industrial development. With population growth and the rapid pace of socio-economic development, the groundwater resources of the Qiongbei Basin are facing increasing pressures, including over-extraction, seawater intrusion, and pollution from industrial, agricultural, and domestic pollution sources. Implementing effective measures to ensure the sustainable management of these resources has become a pressing priority.
