矿业绿色转型背景下地勘行业ESG导向人才发展的战略路径探讨

    • 摘要: 在全球可持续发展与低碳目标驱动下,矿业领域正迎来绿色转型的重大契机和挑战。作为矿业价值链的前端,地勘行业面临前所未有的绿色转型压力与发展机遇。ESG理念的全面融入,深刻改变了地勘行业的价值导向和组织治理模式,也重新定义了人才发展的核心逻辑。在此背景下,深入探讨地勘行业人才发展战略对行业的健康可持续发展有深远意义。本研究聚焦ESG理念下地勘行业人才发展策略,系统分析了当前行业人才结构现状与面临的挑战。研究发现,在矿业绿色转型背景下,地勘行业人才体系存在专业结构单一、复合型人才短缺、培养机制滞后等关键问题,难以满足ESG导向的绿色发展需求。针对地勘行业人才体系的现状和存在的问题,面向行业转型和绿色可持续发展需求,本文构建了包含四大核心路径的人才发展战略框架:一是建立ESG导向的岗位分类与能力标准体系,明确新型人才规格;二是设计多层次复合型人才培养机制,系统提升ESG能力;三是构建与ESG绩效挂钩的考核激励机制,引导行为变革;四是完善制度保障与生态建设机制,营造有利环境。研究认为,地勘行业应将ESG人才发展作为战略重点,通过制度创新、资源整合和文化引领,培育一支具备环境意识、社会责任感和治理能力的专业人才队伍,为矿业可持续发展提供坚实支撑。

       

      Abstract: Driven by global sustainable development and low-carbon goals, the mining industry is facing significant opportunities and challenges in its green transformation. As the front-end of the mining value chain, the geological exploration industry is confronted with unprecedented pressure and development opportunities. The comprehensive integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concepts has profoundly changed the value orientation and organizational governance model of the geological exploration industry, and has also redefined the core logic of talent development. Against this backdrop, an in-depth exploration of the talent development strategy in the geological exploration industry is of far-reaching significance for the healthy and sustainable development of the industry. This study focuses on talent development strategies in the geological survey industry under the ESG framework, systematically analyzing the current talent structure and key challenges. The research reveals that under the background of green mining transformation, the industry’s talent system faces critical issues including singular professional structure, shortage of interdisciplinary talents, and outdated cultivation mechanisms, which fail to meet the requirements of ESG-oriented sustainable development. In response to the current status and existing problems of the talent system in the geological exploration industry, and facing the needs of industry transformation and green sustainable development, this paper constructs a talent development strategic framework comprising four core pathways: establishing an ESG-oriented job classification and competency standard system to define new talent specifications; designing multi-level mechanisms for cultivating interdisciplinary talents to systematically enhance ESG capabilities; developing performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms linked to ESG performance to guide behavioral change; and improving institutional safeguards and ecosystem construction to create a favorable environment. The study concludes that the geological survey industry should prioritize ESG talent development as a strategic focus, cultivating a professional talent team with environmental awareness, social responsibility, and governance capabilities through institutional innovation, resource integration, and cultural leadership, thereby providing solid talent support for the sustainable development of the mining industry.
