人工智能赋能工矿企业会计信息化:变革、挑战与应对策略

    Artificial intelligence empowering accounting informatization in industrial and mining enterprises: transformations, challenges and coping strategies

    • 摘要: 工矿企业因生产流程复杂、数据海量、连续性等特点,传统会计模式在工矿企业中面临效率低、核算不准确等问题。人工智能技术的应用为工矿企业会计信息化转型提供了全新路径。本文分析了工矿企业对会计信息化的需求,阐述了人工智能技术在工矿企业自动化账务处理、智能数据分析、风险预警等方面的应用,探讨了其对企业会计信息化工作的影响和处理方法。对人工智能技术引入会计信息系统后面临的算法可解释性、系统集成难度、组织架构调整等挑战,进行了重点论述,并提出了发展可解释性人工智能算法、加强系统集成与标准化建设和推动组织架构与业务流程优化等应对策略。

       

      Abstract: Due to the characteristics of complex production processes, massive data, and continuity in industrial and mining enterprises, traditional accounting models in these enterprises are plagued by issues such as low efficiency and inaccurate accounting. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology provides a new path for the transformation of accounting informatization in industrial and mining enterprises. This paper analyzes the demand for accounting informatization in industrial and mining enterprises, expounds on the applications of AI technology in automated accounting processing, intelligent data analysis, and risk early warning within such enterprises, and explores its impact on corporate accounting informatization work as well as corresponding processing methods. It focuses on discussing the challenges faced after the introduction of AI technology into accounting information systems, including algorithm interpretability, difficulties in system integration, and adjustments to organizational structures, and proposes coping strategies such as developing interpretable AI algorithms, strengthening system integration and standardization, and promoting the optimization of organizational structures and business processes.
