    Design and development of open-pit coal mine dispatch production plan deduction system

    • 摘要: 本文围绕露天煤矿生产计划推演,系统探讨了多环节协同与优化管理对矿区高效运行的重要作用。露天煤矿的生产流程包括爆破、采掘、洗选和装车等环节,受设备效率、气候条件和设备检修等多种因素的影响,增加了科学制定生产计划的难度。为此,研究构建了一套“智能计划推演交互系统”,集成了产量预测、生产能力分析和多维度因素评估,支持正向推演和反向推演。系统在实际应用中通过生产能力模型和灰色理论模型结合卡车故障、天气等不确定因素,提高了产量预测的精确性。同时,该系统对洗煤厂的粗洗、精洗和煤泥回收等流程进行了优化,确保煤质与产能的平衡。在装车站计划推演中,通过数据模型优化装车量,结合智能调度算法提升装车效率,平滑产量波动。工程实例验证表明,该系统为露天煤矿全生命周期提供了科学决策支持,显著提升了矿山生产的自动化、智能化和安全性,为智慧矿山管理奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: This paper systematically discusses the importance of multi-link coordination and optimal management in ensuring the efficient operation of the mine around the production plan deduction of open-pit coal mines. The production process of open-pit coal mines includes blasting, mining, washing, loading and other links, which involve multiple influencing factors, such as equipment efficiency, climate, equipment maintenance, etc., which makes it challenging to formulate a scientific and reasonable production plan. To this end, a set of “intelligent planning deduction interactive system” is constructed, which integrated output forecasting, production capacity analysis and multi-dimensional influencing factor evaluation in order to carry out forward and reverse deduction of production planning, providing reliable data support. The system first predicts the production capacity of electric shovels, trucks and other equipment by establishing a production capacity model, and then constructs an operation plan model for mining and stripping. Then, the gray theory model is used to improve the accuracy of output forecasting and ensure the reasonable allocation of production resources by combining uncertain factors such as truck failure and weather. In addition, the system also performs high-precision analysis of the production process of the coal washing plant, covering the steps of rough washing, fine washing, and slime recovery, and ensures the balance of coal quality and production capacity through dynamic simulation and parameter optimization. In the deduction of the loading station plan, the loading capacity is optimized through a fine-grained data model based on factors such as the sunroof period and equipment performance fluctuations, and the intelligent scheduling algorithm is used to improve the loading efficiency and smooth the output fluctuation. Through the integration of multi-level data processing and optimization models, the system provides scientific decision support in the whole life cycle of the open-pit coal mine, making the production process more efficient and stable. The deduction system not only improves the automation and intelligence level of production, ensures the safety and sustainability of production, but also lays a solid foundation for the realization of smart mine management.
