宝日希勒露天煤矿转向期间原煤破碎系统布设与优化研究

    Research on the layout and optimization of the raw coal crushing system during the transition period of Baorixile Open-pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 宝日希勒露天煤矿在开采过程中面临转向阶段,原有破碎运输系统与生产重心逐渐脱节,导致运输效率下降与运行成本增加。本文以该矿为研究对象,系统分析了原煤破碎系统的现状及存在问题,提出了集中布置与分散布置两种方案,并从技术影响、经济效益及征地约束等多维度开展对比研究。研究结果表明,集中布置方案在减少运输冲突、降低运距增长率和控制投资总费用方面具有显著优势,更符合矿区转向期间的生产需求。同时,针对可能存在的征地风险,设计了备用优化方案,以提升系统的适应性和可实施性。研究成果可为大型露天煤矿在转向开采过程中的破碎系统规划与优化提供理论参考与实践指导。

       

      Abstract: During the mining process, the Baorixile Open-pit Coal Mine is facing a turning stage. The original crushing and transportation system is gradually disconnected from the production focus, resulting in a decline in transportation efficiency and an increase in operating costs. This paper takes the mine as the research object, systematically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the raw coal crushing system, proposes two schemes of centralized layout and decentralized layout, and conducts a comparative study from multiple dimensions such as technical impact, economic benefits and land acquisition constraints. The results show that the centralized layout scheme has significant advantages in reducing transportation conflicts, lowering the growth rate of transportation distance and controlling the total investment cost, and is more in line with the production demands during the transition period of the mining area. Meanwhile, in response to the potential risks of land acquisition, a backup optimization plan is designed to enhance the adaptability and implementability of the system. The research results can provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the planning and optimization of the crushing system in large open-pit coal mines during the process of turning to mining.
