智能矿山一体化管控平台系统应用研究

    • 摘要: 根据煤炭行业智能化建设需求,本文以神东煤炭集团保德煤矿为研究区,以推进矿井建设“5G+工业互联网”无人化矿井关键技术研发与工程为背景,通过对保德煤矿智能矿山一体化管控平台系统设计研究应用,现场应用实践证明,该系统的核心价值是提升信息共享和业务联动能力。平台通过数据采集网关,兼容不同类型的生产设备和监测系统,实现多种工业通信协议的数据汇聚,并采用分布式存储和数据治理技术,确保各业务系统间的信息互通,为煤矿生产、安全、调度、管理提供支撑,对推动煤炭产业高效化、智能化发展具有重要实践意义。

       

      Abstract: According to the demand for intelligent construction of the coal industry, this paper takes Baode Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group as the research area, takes the key technology research and development and engineering of “5G+Industrial Internet” unmanned mine construction as the background, and through the design, research and application of the intelligent mine integrated management and control platform system of Baode Coal Mine, the field application practice proves that the core value of the system improves the ability of information sharing and business linkage. The platform is compatible with different types of production equipment and monitoring systems through a data collection gateway, achieving data aggregation of multiple industrial communication protocols, and adopting distributed storage and data governance technology to ensure information exchange between various business systems. It provides support for coal mine production, safety, scheduling, and management, and has important practical significance for promoting the efficient and intelligent development of the coal industry.
