    • 摘要: 煤矿带式输送机无人值守及故障快速处置体系针对智能化矿山主运输系统运维难题,深度整合故障机理分析、关键技术开发与智能响应机制。通过解析跑偏、打滑、断轴、托辊失效及异常噪声五类核心故障成因,创新应用激光矫正、张力动态调控、断轴同轴热装更换及托辊专用快速拆装工具,实现故障定位与处置效率提升40%;融合知识图谱技术构建故障特征智能匹配引擎,决策响应速度突破5 s级。三级响应机制协同智能巡检规范,确保故障闭环时间严控在20 min内。安全管控体系依托四级急停链路与保护装置零容忍政策,彻底消除带电作业风险;井下智能备件库支撑关键部件高效供应。研究结果表明,该体系成功降低90%堆煤事故率,杜绝驱动电机烧毁风险,为矿山智能化连续生产提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: The unattended rapid fault disposal system for coal mine belt conveyors aims to address the operation and maintenance challenges of the main transportation system in intelligent mines by deeply integrating fault mechanism analysis, key technology development, and intelligent response mechanisms. By analyzing the causes of five core faults, namely deviation, slippage, shaft breakage, idler failure and abnormal noise, and innovatively applying laser correction, dynamic tension control, coaxial hot installation and replacement of shaft breakage, and special quick disassembly and assembly tools for idlers, the efficiency of fault location and disposal has been increased by 40%. The intelligent fault feature matching engine is constructed by integrating knowledge graph technology, and the decision response speed exceeds the 5-second level. The three-level response mechanism, in collaboration with the intelligent inspection standards, ensures that the closed-loop time for faults is strictly controlled within 20 minutes. The safety control system relies on the four-level emergency stop link and the zero-tolerance policy for protection devices to completely eliminate the risks of live-line operations. The underground intelligent spare parts warehouse supports the efficient supply of key components. Practice shows that this system has successfully reduced the coal stacking accident rate by 90%, eliminated the risk of burning out the drive motor, and provided technical support for the intelligent continuous production of the mine.
