高陡煤层构造复刻在煤层气钻井中的应用:以库拜煤矿拜城中区为例

    Application of high steep coal seam structural replication in coalbed methane drilling: a case study of Baicheng Central District of Kubai Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 对高陡煤层构造复刻在煤层气钻井中的应用进行研究,目的是利用构造复刻技术真实还原复杂地下煤矿环境,为煤层气钻井作业提供精准支持,提升资源开发安全水平,维护经济效益与社会效益。本文采用案例分析法、理论阐述法开展研究,研究过程中分析库拜煤矿拜城中区的基本信息、构造特征、地层特征,确定高陡煤层构造复刻应用目标,采集数据,构建模型,依托构造搭建实体模型、钻孔模型,辅助优化煤层气钻井设计与部署,有序推进煤层气钻井作业。通过研究验证了构造复刻技术在高陡煤层复杂环境之下煤层气钻井中应用的独特价值,深化矿区主力煤储层探索。

       

      Abstract: The purpose of this study is to use structural replication technology to truly restore the complex underground coal mine environment, provide precise support for coalbed methane drilling operations, improve the safety level of resource development, and maintain economic and social benefits. In the process of research, the basic information, tectonic characteristics and stratigraphic characteristics of Baicheng Central District of Kubai Coal Mine are analyzed, the application target of high steep coal seam structural replication is determined, data is collected, models are constructed, and solid models and borehole models are built based on the structure, so as to assist in optimizing the design and deployment of coalbed methane drilling and promoting coalbed methane drilling operations in an orderly manner. Through this study, the unique value of structural replication technology in coalbed methane drilling under the complex environment of high steep coal seams is verified, the exploration of the main coal reservoir in the mining area is deepened.
