煤炭低碳矿区建设模式研究

    Research on the construction model of low-carbon coal mining areas

    • 摘要: 在“双碳”战略背景下,煤炭行业作为高碳排放重点领域,面临绿色转型与低碳发展的双重挑战。聚焦煤炭矿区碳排放强度高、治理难度大的现实问题,系统构建了煤炭低碳矿区建设的分类模式体系与实施路径模型。明确了低碳矿区的概念、内涵,提出以“减碳、替碳、汇碳、智碳”为核心的建设模式。研究成果有助于推动煤炭行业从粗放开采向智能、绿色、低碳的高质量发展路径转型,为政府政策制定和企业路径选择提供理论支撑与实践参考。

       

      Abstract: Against the backdrop of China’s “dual carbon” goals, the coal industry, a major carbon-emitting sector, faces dual challenges of green transition and low-carbon development. The critical issues of high carbon intensity and complex governance in coal mining areas are addressed, systematically constructing a categorized model framework and implementation pathway for low-carbon mining area development. The research first clarifies the conceptual definition and core principles of low-carbon mining areas, proposing a development model centered on “emission reduction, energy substitution, carbon sink enhancement, and smart management”. The findings facilitate the coal industry’s shift from extensive extraction to an intelligent, green, and low-carbon high-quality development pathway, providing theoretical underpinnings and practical references for policymaking and corporate strategy formulation.
