矿用硅酸盐复合两相砌块的制备及应用研究

    Preparation and application of mining silicate composite two-phase blocks

    • 摘要: 针对传统矿井临时密闭砌筑多采用空心砌块所存在的施工效率低、劳动强度大等问题,本文研制了一种重量轻、强度高、抗变形能力强的矿用硅酸盐复合两相砌块。性能测试结果表明,该复合两相砌块具备不燃性、隔热性及防静电性能,完全满足煤矿井下临时密闭墙的技术要求。在大柳塔煤矿的实际应用表明,采用该新型砌块施工临时密闭墙可显著节约人工及车辆使用成本,降低劳动强度,提高装卸与运输便利性,并具有良好的施工质量与胶结牢固性,有效避免漏风现象。此外,该材料可重复利用,有助于推动施工现场标准化与动态达标管理。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low construction efficiency and high labor intensity caused by the use of hollow blocks in traditional mine temporary closed masonry, a kind of mining silicate composite two-phase block with light weight, high strength and strong deformation resistance is developed. The performance test results show that the composite two-phase block has non-flammability, thermal insulation and anti-static properties, which fully meets the technical requirements of temporary closed wall in coal mine. The practical application in Daliuta Coal Mine shows that the construction of temporary closed walls with this new type of block can significantly save labor and vehicle costs, reduce labor intensity, improve loading, unloading and transportation convenience, and have good construction quality and solidity of cementation, effectively avoiding air leakage. In addition, the material is reusable, which helps promote standardization and dynamic compliance management on the construction site.
