煤矿智能化综合保障关键技术及评价体系研究

    Research on key technologies and evaluation system for intelligent comprehensive support of coal mines

    • 摘要: 煤矿智能化综合保障技术是实现煤矿安全、高效和可持续发展的核心技术支撑。本文通过构建煤矿智能化综合保障技术体系架构,分析了现有智能化物联网、大数据分析、人工智能、虚拟现实和自动化机器人等关键技术在煤矿中的应用。同时,构建了煤矿智能化综合保障评价体系,采用层次分析法和模糊评价相结合的方法,从技术性能、安全性能、人员与组织管理、制度保障等多个维度,对煤矿智能化综合保障系统进行全面评估,从而为提高煤矿生产效率和安全管理水平,实现煤矿生产全流程的实时监测、智能控制、精准决策和高效管理提供了理论依据和实践指导。

       

      Abstract: The intelligent comprehensive support technology for coal mines is the core technical support for achieving safe, efficient, and sustainable development of coal mines. This paper analyzes the application of key technologies such as intelligent Internet of Things, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and automated robots in coal mines by constructing an intelligent comprehensive support technology system architecture for coal mines. At the same time, a comprehensive evaluation system for intelligent coal mine support has been established, using a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the coal mine intelligent comprehensive support system from multiple dimensions such as technical performance, safety performance, personnel and organizational management, and institutional guarantee. This provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving coal mine production efficiency and safety management level, realizing real-time monitoring, intelligent control, accurate decision-making, and efficient management of the entire coal mine production process.
