基于煤矿危险源的智能化管控研究

    • 摘要: 本文通过煤矿危险源的数字化分析及智能化管控技术研究,给出了一套基于物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能技术深度融合的煤矿危险源智能化管控方案。该方案以物联网为感知触角,实时采集环境参数、设备状态及人员行为等多源异构数据,构建一套基于煤矿危险源管控的智能化安全管控平台,实现矿井安全风险管控效果的智能分析评价,对危险源进行智能识别、预测与预警,实现对危险源的实时监测与精准管控,从被动防御到主动防控的转变,以期为煤炭行业数智化转型实践出一条科学发展之路,进而确保煤矿企业实现健康可持续、高质量发展。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a set of intelligent management and control solutions for coal mine hazards based on the in-depth integration of Internet of Things (IoT), big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies through the research on digital analysis and intelligent management and control of coal mine hazards. Taking IoT as the perception antenna, this solution collects multi-source heterogeneous data in real-time, including environmental parameters, equipment status, and personnel behavior, to build an intelligent safety management and control platform for coal mine hazard management. It realizes intelligent analysis and evaluation of mine safety risk management and control effects, enabling intelligent identification, prediction, and early warning of hazards. This facilitates real-time monitoring and precise control of hazards, marking a shift from passive defense to proactive prevention and control. The ultimate goal is to pave a scientific development path for the digital and intelligent transformation of the coal industry, thereby ensuring the healthy, sustainable, and high-quality development of coal mining enterprises.
