竖井开拓主井箕斗的选用与工况分析

    Application and analysis of the skip in the vertical shaft development

    • 摘要: 基于某地下矿矿体埋藏深、规模不大的特点,针对所适用的竖井开拓系统,通过采用多绳翻转式箕斗与单绳翻转式箕斗不同方案的比较,从可比设备和基建投资及运营费用分析方面,验证多绳翻转式箕斗提升方案的经济性。对翻转式箕斗系统运行时最不利工况进行分析与研究,指出所选方案存在的安全不利因素,提出了采用重(平衡)尾绳的方法解决多绳翻转式箕斗系统在不利工况点存在的防滑问题,并进行了可靠性验证,通过运行状态指出重尾绳系统所具备的节能优势。

       

      Abstract: Based on the underground mining of depth ore body with small scale, according to the vertical shaft development system, this paper verifies the optimal solution of the selected scheme by comparing different schemes of multi-rope flip skip and single-rope flip skip, makes in-depth comparison from two aspects of comparable investment and economical analysis,the multi-rope scheme is verified the better one. Analyze and study the most unfavorable operating conditions of the flipping skip system during operation, point out the disadvantages of the selected scheme, the use of heavy (balance) tail rope method to solve the slippage problem is proposed, and conduct reliability analysis, as well as the energy-saving advantages in the heavy tail rope system.
