连掘工作面移变硐室设计安装应用研究

    Study on design, installation and function of shift chamber in continuous tunneling face

    • 摘要: 为了规范现代化大型矿井掘进工作面移变硐室的安装与布置,统一提高移变硐室安装标准,本文研究了神东煤炭集团补连塔煤矿连掘工作面移变硐室各类开关的选型与安装、监测监控系统的设计安装、智能矿山的设计安装及图牌板要求。研究结果表明,矿井连掘工作面移变硐室的规范安装尤为重要,移变、馈电、风机开关的选型、位置安装都有严格要求,监测监控系统必须满足国家安全规定,智能化矿山4G与数据上传须标准化安装,一个规范标准的移变硐室有利于安全用电,推动煤矿安全发展。

       

      Abstract: In order to standardize modern large mine tunneling faces installation and arrangement of shift chamber, unify installation standards improve shift chamber, this paper studies shift chamber type selection and installation of various types of switches, the design of the monitoring system, intelligent mine design installation, and figure brand plate requirements of continuous tunneling face in Bulianta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group. The research results show that the mine continuous tunneling face move the specification of the installation is particularly important, variable chamber shift, feeding, selection, location, installation of the fan switch has strict requirements, monitoring system must satisfy the safety regulations of the state, intelligent mine 4G and the standardization of data upload installation, a standard shift chamber is conducive to the safe, promoting the development of coal mine safety.
