Abstract: In recent years, the speed of development of the coal mining industry has remained stable and continuously improved, ensuring the steady development of China’s economy and energy, with the vigorous development of the coal mining industry and the continuous progress of related science and technology, various related advanced equipment has been widely used in the coal mining industry, improving the efficiency and safety index of coal mining enterprises in production activities. In order to optimize the economic benefits of coal enterprises and the safety of production and business activities, coal mining enterprises need to improve their own requirements in all aspects. With the continuous mining of coal mines, the mining difficulty of underground coal seams is gradually increasing, and the requirements of mechanical and electrical equipment used in mining will be higher and higher. At present, most of the well-tech coal mines use the backward coal mining mode, mostly to mechanized mining-based, and constantly towards automation, intelligent development, and at this time the vast majority of coal mining operations are completed by mechanical and electrical equipment, manual equipment operation and adjustment, to ensure the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment is a necessary condition for coal mine production and operation, at the same time, the normal operation of mechanical and electrical equipment can also improve the safety factor of coal mine production activities and production efficiency. Moreover, in order to ensure the normal development of daily life and economic development in China, the stable supply of energy has become an important task, and as the main source of energy supply, to ensure the normal daily production activities of coal enterprises is also the most important in this link. Therefore, the management personnel and maintenance personnel of coal mining enterprises must pay attention to the maintenance and daily maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in production and operation activities. This paper will explain the various problems that have appeared in the daily maintenance management of the mechanical and electrical equipment of coal mine, and propose the corresponding solutions.
