智能化技术在成矿特征与开采分离技术的研究

    • 摘要: 科学技术快速进步,智能化技术应用于矿产资源开发,可准确分析其成矿特征。进行开采分离过程中应用智能化技术,可对资源智能分选,实施自动化选矿,结合使用数字孪生技术,整个的选矿流程实时呈现且精准预测故障。本文综述了智能化技术在成矿特征识别、矿床模型构建、开采方案优化及分离技术中的应用,探讨矿产资源开发效率提高、成本降低且避免环境环境污染的潜力。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid progress of science and technology, intelligent technology can be applied to the development of mineral resources to accurately analyze their mineralization characteristics. The application of intelligent technology in the mining and separation process can intelligently sort resources, implement automated beneficiation, and combine the use of digital twin technology to present the entire beneficiation process in real time and accurately predict faults. This paper summarizes the application of intelligent technology in mineralization characteristic recognition, deposit model construction, mining scheme optimization, and separation technology, and explores the potential for improving mineral resource development efficiency, reducing costs, and avoiding environmental pollution.
