钢渣资源化利用过程中磁选工艺发展现状

    Development of the magnetic separation process in the resource utilization of steel slag

    • 摘要: 本文对钢渣磁选工艺做了系统总结,以钢渣的元素与矿物组成为出发点,论述了工艺矿物学研究对于钢渣磁选技术经济性的重要指导意义。并从磁选的单元操作、设备创新、工艺优化,选前预处理方法及磁选与其他富集方法的工艺联合等方面对钢渣磁选利用研究工作与进展进行了总结,提供了一些具有详细流程参数的文献信息。还对钢渣磁选中易混淆的磁场强度与磁感应强度的单位使用问题进行了简单梳理。

       

      Abstract: This paper provides a systematic overview of the magnetic separation process for steel slag. Starting from the elemental and mineral composition of steel slag, it discusses the important role played by mineralogy in the techno-economic feasibility of magnetic separation of steel slag. The research developments in magnetic separation of steel slag are summarized in terms of unit operation, equipment innovation, process optimization, pre-treatment, and integration with other sorting techniques, along with references containing detailed parameters. Finally, a brief clarification is given on the often-confused units of magnetic field strength and magnetic induction in magnetic separation of steel slag .
