Abstract:
In the context of the new era, Chinese mining enterprises not only face external challenges such as intensified global competition, increased supply chain uncertainty, and increasingly strict ESG requirements, but also shoulder the internal mission of promoting industry transformation and upgrading and achieving sustainable development. The traditional mining model characterized by economic benefits as the core and extensive development is no longer sustainable. In this context, the coordinated development of green mining and intelligent mining not only provides support for the advancement of mining technology and industrial upgrading, but also gives birth to and shapes a new era mining culture with “green, intelligent, efficient, and sustainable” as its core. The coordinated development of green mining and intelligent mining has reshaped the values of mining enterprises, promoting their shift from a single economic orientation to a comprehensive value orientation that emphasizes economic, environmental, and social benefits; innovate mining production methods and promote the transformation of the industry from labor-intensive and resource intensive to technology and management intensive; improving the traditional social image of the mining industry, promoting responsible, high-tech, and sustainable new industry awareness to the public through green practices and intelligent displays, and playing a role in supporting the construction of mining culture in the new era. Based on this, this paper proposes a new path for the construction of mining enterprise culture: firstly, shaping the core concept of green and intelligent coordinated development at the strategic level; secondly, promoting the deep integration of green mining and intelligent mining throughout the entire mining process; thirdly, establishing a systematic and interactive cultural narrative and image dissemination mechanism; finally, establishing a long-term guarantee system that includes governance framework, incentive mechanism, standard system, and evaluation feedback. Through this study, aims to provide reference for mining enterprises to construct a mining culture in the context of the new era and assist in the international dissemination of mining culture.
