综掘工作面抽风除尘下粉尘关键参数空间分布及影响因素分析

    Analysis of spatial distribution of key dust parameters and influencing factors under air extraction dust removal in fully-mechanized excavation face

    • 摘要: 为有效解决煤矿综掘工作面粉尘污染严重的问题,以葫芦素煤矿某综掘工作面为研究背景,对长压短抽式抽风除尘系统作用下综掘工作面风流场-粉尘场进行耦合求解,最终确定出综掘工作面粉尘轨迹、粉尘粒径、粉尘浓度等关键参数稳态分布特征,并探明相关因素对于抽风除尘效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:粉尘自尘源产生后,绝大部分经吸尘罩进入除尘风机被净化,剩余部分在重叠段回风作用下向巷道后方扩散,过程中粉尘质量中位径不断减小,粉尘质量流率亦逐步降低;粉尘浓度在除尘作用区先快速上升至一个最大值,后迅速降低至一个较小值,最后在自然沉降区逐步缓慢降低;除尘作用区粉尘浓度排序为中央>人行道>机道,自然沉降区为人行道>中央>机道;尘源类型、尘源位置、截割速度、除尘风量、抽风比例、除尘措施是影响除尘效果的主要因素,当尘源类型为一运皮带、尘源位置为左上、截割速度为27 r/min、除尘风量为360 m3/min、抽风比例为3∶1、除尘措施为附壁风筒除尘时抽风除尘效果更佳。

       

      Abstract: To effectively address the severe dust pollution issue in fully-mechanized excavation faces of coal mines, this study takes a fully-mechanized excavation face at Hulusu Coal Mine as the research background, conducts a coupled solution of the airflow field-dust field of the fully-mechanized excavation face under the action of a long-pressure short-exhaust air extraction dust removal system, and finally determines the steady-state distribution characteristics of key parameters such as dust trajectory, dust particle size, and dust concentration in the fully-mechanized excavation face, while exploring the influence laws of relevant factors on air extraction dust removal effectiveness. The research results show that: after dust is generated from the dust source, the vast majority enters the dust removal fan through the dust hood for purification, while the remaining part diffuses toward the rear of the roadway under the action of return air in the overlapping section. During this process, the dust mass median diameter continuously decreases, and the dust mass flow rate also gradually reduces; the dust concentration in the dust removal action zone first rapidly rises to a maximum value, then quickly decreases to a smaller value, and finally gradually and slowly reduces in the natural sedimentation zone; the order of dust concentration in the dust removal action zone is central > sidewalk > machine way, while in the natural sedimentation zone it is sidewalk > central > machine way; dust source type, dust source location, cutting speed, dust removal air volume, exhaust air ratio, and dust removal measures are the main factors affecting dust removal effectiveness. The air extraction dust removal effectiveness is better when the dust source type is the first conveyor belt, the dust source location is upper left, the cutting speed is 27 r/min, the dust removal air volume is 360 m3/min, the exhaust air ratio is 3∶1, and the dust removal measure is wall-attached air duct dust removal.
