山东淄博文石岩石学、地球化学特征及成因

    Petrological, geochemical characteristics and genesis of Zibo Stone in Shandong Province

    • 摘要: 淄博文石是产于奥陶系马家沟群地层中的一种著名灰岩观赏石品种,最主要的特点是清晰的纹理。其历史悠久,具有丰富的文化内涵。本文以淄博文石为研究对象,在野外调查的基础上,通过岩石薄片鉴定和地球化学分析,探讨其古沉积环境和成因。研究结果表明:淄博文石岩性主要为微晶灰岩和颗粒灰岩;主量元素∑(MgO+CaO+LOI)平均含量97.47%,陆源主量元素含量较低;稀土元素总量较低,轻稀土元素富集,Ce弱负异常,Eu弱正异常;稀土元素分布特征具有一致性,表明沉积环境相对稳定。根据地球化学判别指标和岩石学特征对古气候、古盐度、古氧化还原条件、古水温进行研究,认为淄博文石形成于南半球低纬度地区干热气候条件下陆表海弱氧化-弱还原和还原的沉积环境。本次研究为保护和利用淄博文石资源提供了科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Zibo Stone is a type of typical limestone ornamental stone lying in Ordovician Majiagou Group, characterized by clear texure. Zibo Stone has a long history and rich cultural connotation. Based on field survey, thin section identification, geochemistry analysis, its paleosedimentary environment and genesis are studied. The results show that the main lithologies of Zibo Stone are micrite and grainstone. The average content of ∑(MgO+CaO+LOI) is 97.47%. SiO2, Al2O3 and other major elements representatives of terrigenous component have low contents. The total content of rare earth elements is low, and light rare earth elements are enriched, with slightly negatice Ce anomalies and positive Eu anomalies. The distribution characteristics of REE are consistent, indicating that the sedimentary environment remained relatively stable. The study of paleoclimate, paleosaltitude, paleooxygen phase, and paleowater temperature based on the geochemical discriminant indicators and the petrological characteristics indicate Zibo Stone is formed in the arid and hot paleoclimate, and in the epicontinental sedimentary environment of the southern hemisphere low-latitude zone with weak oxidation-weak reduction and reduction environment. This study provides a scientific basis for the protection and utilization of Zibo Stone resources.
