Abstract:
The development of mineral resources is shifting toward refined intelligence, and there is an urgent need for the digitization of mine geological work. As a professional geological mining software, Surpac software offers comprehensive functions, covering the full process modules of geological data management, 3D modeling, reserve calculation, and mining design. It has technical advantages in areas such as multi-source data integration, 3D orebody reconstruction, and dynamic reserve calculation. Through a millimeter-level precision 3D analysis engine and visualization platform, it transforms multidimensional geological data into 3D models, providing technical support for updating mine geological information, resource assessment, and optimization of mining plans, thereby enhancing digital capabilities and decision-making efficiency. This paper starts with the technical architecture and core functions of Surpac, combined with data processing, 3D modeling, reserve estimation, and disaster prediction, to explain the application technology routes and key points, analyze its roles in efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and risk reduction, and discuss application issues and future scope. In summary, Surpac software can integrate mine geological information, achieve digitization, support orderly resource development and long-term growth, and promote the informatization of mine geology.
