锌熔铸炉扒渣机器人作业轨迹跟踪控制研究

    Research on trajectory tracking control for slag removal robots in zinc melting furnaces

    • 摘要: 国内锌冶炼行业智能化水平较低,锌熔铸炉扒渣机器人替代人工可降低安全风险,提升装备智能化水平。受炉内环境复杂、扒渣耙较长等因素影响,难以实现作业轨迹的精准跟踪,而跟踪效果直接关系到扒渣质量。为此,针对多臂式扒渣机器人开展轨迹跟踪控制研究,设计PID与滑模控制策略,旨在提升扒渣作业效果,为扒渣机器人研究提供理论参考与应用价值。

       

      Abstract: The domestic zinc smelting industry exhibits a relatively low level of intelligent automation. Replacing manual labour with slag removal robots in zinc melting furnaces can mitigate safety risks and enhance equipment intelligence. However, factors such as the complex furnace environment and the extended length of the slag rake make precise trajectory tracking challenging, with tracking accuracy directly impacting slag removal quality. Consequently, trajectory tracking control research is conducted for multi-arm slag removal robots, designing PID and sliding mode control strategies. This aims to enhance slag removal performance, providing theoretical reference and practical value for slag removal robot research.
