采钾机螺旋滚筒的设计与应用

    Design and application of spiral drum of potash mining machine

    • 摘要: 针对钾盐矿物硬度低、易潮解、可溶性强等物理特性,借鉴采煤机截割理论,对采钾机螺旋滚筒的截割形式与截齿布置进行了重新设计与计算。通过力学分析,结合钾盐矿石的硬度、黏性及滚筒转速等因素,校核了截齿受力,确定了齿座与截齿的结构形式。根据滚筒直径、截深、螺旋升角、截线距等参数,计算了全滚筒所需截齿数量,绘制了截齿排列与切屑图,并借助有限元分析验证了截齿系统的强度与可靠性。设计的螺旋滚筒在实际应用中表现良好,具备低能耗、低粉尘、运行平稳等优势,适用于国内外钾盐开采工程。

       

      Abstract: Considering the physical properties of potash minerals, such as low hardness, susceptibility to deliquescence, and strong solubility, the cutting form and pick arrangement of the spiral drum of the potash mining machine are redesigned and calculated by drawing on the cutting theory of coal mining machine. Through mechanical analysis, combined with factors such as the hardness and viscosity of potash ore, as well as the drum’s rotational speed, the force on the picks is verified, and the structural forms of the pick holder and pick are determined. Based on parameters such as drum diameter, cutting depth, spiral angle, and cutting line spacing, the required number of picks for the entire drum is calculated, and the arrangement and chip diagram of the picks are drawn. The strength and reliability of the pick system are verified through finite element analysis. The designed spiral drum performs well in practical applications, featuring low energy consumption, low dust, and stable operation, making it suitable for potash mining projects both domestically and internationally.
