关于自动化钻孔和锚固钻车的研制与应用

    Development and application of automated drilling and anchoring drill carriages

    • 摘要: 为了提高煤矿支护作业的工作效率和降低工人的劳动强度,研制了一种新型矿用自动化钻孔和锚固钻车,阐述了整车的总体设计方案、工作原理、工作流程和关键部件的设计结构;整车的动力采用双动力驱动,整车的工作机构采用了液压驱动和远程控制,整车以胶轮车底盘,搭载防爆电机、防爆柴油机、水箱、液压油缸、减速器、换向阀、电气元件和液压软管等部件,整车的核心机构自动化钻锚装置集成了自动换杆、自动安装锚固剂和自动安装锚杆功能,实现了钻孔和锚固一体化作业,整车结构紧凑、功能齐全、运行稳定,具有远程控制、长距离行车、自动钻孔、自动安装锚固剂和自动安装锚杆等功能。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of coal mine support operations and reduce the labor intensity of workers, a new type of automated drilling and anchoring drill carriage for mines is developed, and the design scheme, working principle, working process and key component design structure of the whole vehicle are explained. The power of the whole vehicle adopts dual power drive. The working mechanism of the whole vehicle adopts hydraulic drive and remote control. The whole vehicle is equipped with rubber-tired vehicle, explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof diesel engine, water tank, hydraulic cylinder, reducer, reversing valve, electrical components, hydraulic hoses and other parts, the core mechanism of the whole vehicle, the automated drilling and anchoring device has automatic rod change, automatic filling of anchoring agent and automatic installation of anchor rods, drilling and anchoring integrated devices, the whole vehicle has a compact structure, complete functions, and work stable, with functions such as remote control, long-distance driving, automatic rod replacement, automatic filling of anchoring agent and automatic installation of anchor rods.
