崩落法采场放矿经济合理截止品位研究及实践

    Research and practice on the economically reasonable cut-off grade for ore drawing in caving stopes

    • 摘要: 合理截止品位确定对崩落法采场放矿起重要作用,其直接影响矿石回收指标,从而影响矿山整体资源回收经济效益。为准确得到经济合理的截止品位指标,综合考虑从井下放出原矿到形成精粉乃至尾矿这一系列过程中所有生产活动,构建了基于采选尾全链条的截止品位确定模型,覆盖矿石从采矿到销售这一系列工序的完全成本从而推算出截止品位。由于矿石售价不同,大红山铁矿采用模型计算不同时期矿石售价下的截止品位指导井下出矿,共计回收低品位存窿矿石量约350万t,极大提高了资源回采率,产生巨大的经济效益。目前我国采用此类崩落法开采的矿山较多,该截止品位计算模型及大红山铁矿成功实践可为其他矿山资源综合利用提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The determination of a reasonable cut-off grade plays a crucial role in ore drawing in caving stopes, directly affecting the ore recovery indicators and thus the overall economic benefits of resource recovery in mines. To accurately obtain an economically reasonable cut-off grade indicator, this paper comprehensively considers all production activities in the series of processes from the discharge of raw ore underground to the formation of fine powder and even tailings, and constructs a cut-off grade determination model based on the entire mining and beneficiation chain. This model covers the full cost of ore processing from mining to sales, and thus calculates the cut-off grade. Due to different ore selling prices, the Dahongshan Iron Mine adopts this model to calculate the cutoff grade under different ore selling prices to guide underground ore extraction. A total of approximately 3.5 million tons of low-grade stockpiled ore has been recovered, greatly improving the resource recovery rate and generating significant economic benefits. Currently, there are many mines in China that adopt this caving mining method, and this cut-off grade calculation model and the successful practice of the Dahongshan Iron Mine can provide reference for other mines in comprehensive resource utilization.
