Abstract:
The development of coal mine intelligence is directly related to the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry and the process of high-quality development. As the key and difficult point of coal mine intelligence construction, intelligent excavation should be the first to bear the brunt. This paper proposes a systematic intelligent control scheme for excavation equipment, which uses carrier communication and 5G wireless technology to construct a high-speed data transmission channel, achieving the aggregation and cleaning of excavation equipment data. Utilizing inertial navigation and laser guidance technology to achieve memory cutting, autonomous cutting, and autonomous navigation of excavation equipment. By modifying the electro-hydraulic control system and adding an automation control box, precise detection and control of the action mechanism of the excavation equipment can be achieved. This paper focuses on the advanced intelligent equipment and processes involved in the intelligent construction of excavation workfaces, as well as the research and application of advanced information technologies such as artificial intelligence driven by data element innovation.
