煤矿掘进系统智能化控制的研究与应用

    • 摘要: 煤矿智能化发展直接关系煤炭行业转型升级和高质量发展的进程,掘进智能化作为煤矿智能化建设的重点和难点,应率先突破。本文提出了一套系统化的掘进设备智能化控制方案,采用载波通信和5G无线技术构建高速数据传输通道,实现掘进设备数据的汇聚与清洗;利用惯性导航与激光导引技术,实现掘进设备的记忆截割、自主截割与自主导航;通过对电液控系统的改造与增设自动化控制箱,实现对掘进设备动作机构的精准检测与控制。本文重点阐述了掘进工作面智能化建设中所涉及的先进智能装备与工艺,以及以数据要素创新驱动为核心的人工智能等先进信息技术的研究与应用。

       

      Abstract: The development of coal mine intelligence is directly related to the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry and the process of high-quality development. As the key and difficult point of coal mine intelligence construction, intelligent excavation should be the first to bear the brunt. This paper proposes a systematic intelligent control scheme for excavation equipment, which uses carrier communication and 5G wireless technology to construct a high-speed data transmission channel, achieving the aggregation and cleaning of excavation equipment data. Utilizing inertial navigation and laser guidance technology to achieve memory cutting, autonomous cutting, and autonomous navigation of excavation equipment. By modifying the electro-hydraulic control system and adding an automation control box, precise detection and control of the action mechanism of the excavation equipment can be achieved. This paper focuses on the advanced intelligent equipment and processes involved in the intelligent construction of excavation workfaces, as well as the research and application of advanced information technologies such as artificial intelligence driven by data element innovation.
