新型“箍筋约束柔性模板”沿空留巷快速支护技术及应用

    Rapid support technology and application of new “hooped confined flexible formwork” for gob-side entry retaining

    • 摘要: 为解决在柔模混凝土沿空留巷施工过程中采用传统对拉锚栓式柔性模板时面临的施工效率低、劳动强度大、难以匹配快速回采工作面的留巷支护需求等问题,提出采用高强度纤维绳代替对拉锚栓,将其提前缝制在柔模袋内形成新型“箍筋约束柔性模板”,并结合机械化挂模装置,形成沿空留巷快速支护技术。本研究以此为基础构建出巷旁支护体承载力计算模型,并以万利一矿42305工作面为工程背景开展现场实践研究,通过理论计算和现场实测结果表明,采用新型“箍筋约束柔性模板”后墙体宽度为1.2 m,混凝土强度为C40即可满足留巷支护需要,同时挂模时间缩短为原来的1/4,减少挂模作业人数2~3人,不仅降低了工人劳动强度,而且保证了大采高工作面日均留巷10~15 m的快速支护需要,为后续沿空留巷的快速支护技术发展提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: To address the issues of low construction efficiency, high labor intensity, and difficulty in meeting the support requirements of gob-side entry retaining for fast-advancing mining faces when using traditional bolt-connected flexible formwork in the construction of gob-side entry retaining with flexible formwork concrete, a new “hooped confined flexible formwork” is proposed. This involves replacing traditional bolts with high-strength fiber ropes, which are pre-sewn into the flexible formwork bag, and combining it with a mechanized formwork-hanging device to form a rapid support technology for gob-side entry retaining. Based on this, a bearing capacity calculation model for the roadside support structure is constructed, and field practice research is carried out using Panel 42305 of the Wanli No.1 Mine as the engineering background. Results from theoretical calculations and field measurements indicate that after adopting the new “hooped confined flexible formwork”, a wall width of 1.2 meters and concrete strength of C40 can meet the on-site support requirements for gob-side entry retaining. Meanwhile, the formwork-hanging time is reduced to one-fourth of the original, and the number of workers required for formwork-hanging is reduced by 2-3. This not only lowers labor intensity but also meets the rapid support demand of 10-15 meters of gob-side entry retaining per day for large-mining-height working faces. It provides a reference for the future development of rapid support technologies for gob-side entry retaining.
