综采工作面透水事故高效应急排水装置设计与应用

    Design and application of high-efficiency emergency drainage device for water inrush accidents in fully mechanized mining face

    • 摘要: 针对综采工作面透水事故突发性强、传统排水系统响应滞后、部署繁琐、易导致灾害蔓延的问题,本文设计研发了一套高效应急排水装置。该装置通过整合自适应积水监测、高扬程大流量抽排、移动适配安装三大核心模块,构建了“实时监测-智能预警-快速响应”的一体化应急处置体系。其中,积水监测模块采用分布式传感器网络(含液位、流量传感器),可在透水初期精准捕捉水情变化并触发自动预警,实现与抽排系统的毫秒级联动;抽排模块搭载双级离心泵组(单泵扬程≥80 m、流量≥200 m3/h),配合快拆式防腐管路接口,能满足高强度排水需求,可实现管路3 min内快速对接;移动适配模块创新性利用工作面现有刮板输送机轨道与液压支架底座,设计可滑动安装架,无需额外开挖基础即可完成装置定位,大幅提升复杂工况下的部署灵活性。现场应用验证表明,该装置从启动到投入排水的响应时间≤3 min,较传统应急排水设备效率提升50%以上,能在短时间内控制积水上涨速度。其应用有效为井下人员撤离争取了关键时间,降低了积水对设备、巷道的破坏,对遏制水害扩大、保障矿工生命安全及加速灾后生产恢复具有重要实践意义。

       

      Abstract: In response to the problems of sudden water inrush accidents in fully mechanized mining faces, the lagging response of traditional drainage systems, and the cumbersome deployment that can lead to the spread of disasters, this paper designs and develops a set of efficient emergency drainage devices. This device integrates three core modules: adaptive water accumulation monitoring, high-head and high-flow drainage, and mobile adaptive installation, to build an integrated emergency response system of “real-time monitoring - intelligent early warning - rapid response”. Among them, the water accumulation monitoring module uses a distributed sensor network (including liquid level and flow sensors), which can accurately capture water conditions in the early stage of water inrush and trigger automatic early warning, achieving millisecond-level linkage with the drainage system; the drainage module is equipped with a double-stage centrifugal pump group (single pump head ≥ 80 m, flow ≥ 200 m3/h), and is combined with a quick-disassembly anti-corrosion pipeline interface, which can not only meet the high-intensity drainage requirements but also achieve rapid pipeline connection within 3 minutes; the mobile adaptive module innovatively utilizes the existing scraper conveyor tracks and hydraulic support bases in the working face to design a sliding installation frame, which can complete the device positioning without additional excavation of the foundation, significantly enhancing the deployment flexibility in complex working conditions. Field application verification shows that the response time from the start-up to the drainage of this device is ≤ 3 minutes, with an efficiency improvement of more than 50% compared to traditional emergency drainage equipment, and can control the water accumulation rise rate in a short time. Its application effectively buys critical time for the evacuation of underground personnel, reduces the damage of water accumulation to equipment and roadways, and has important practical significance in curbing the expansion of water disasters, ensuring the safety of miners’ lives, and accelerating post-disaster production recovery.
