基于HAZOP方法的露天矿山爆破工艺的风险辨识

    Risk identification of open-pit mine blasting process based on HAZOP method

    • 摘要: 为提高对露天矿山爆破作业风险识别能力,在爆破班组中推广采用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)方法对露天矿山爆破作业工艺单元和作业过程进行安全分析,对要素施加引导词引导出对应的偏离,通过这些偏离辨识露天矿山爆破工艺中存在的潜在性危险,并分析导致潜在性危险的偏差出现的原因,并制定相应的安全管理措施。以马鞍山市某露天铁矿爆破班组为示例开展HAZOP方法,将该矿露天采矿爆破工艺按照作业流程先后划分为10个节点,对节点中的要素施加引导词,结果呈现出HAZOP方法能够更全面识别该露天矿山爆破工艺风险,结合HAZOP基于结构化逻辑提供标准化框架的特点,最终表明将HAZOP方法推广到金属非金属矿山其他各种工艺的风险辨识具有很广阔的前景,本研究提供的示范具有一定的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: To enhance the ability to identify risks in blasting operations at open-pit mines, the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method is promoted among the blasting team for safety analysis of the process units and operation procedures in open-pit mine blasting operation, apply guiding words to the elements to lead to the corresponding deviations, identify potential hazards in the blasting process of open-pit mines through deviations in process parameters, analyse the causes of these deviations that lead to potential hazards, and formulate corresponding safety management measures. Taking the blasting team of a certain open-pit iron mine in Maanshan City as an example to implement the HAZOP method, the results show that the HAZOP method can more comprehensively identify the risks in the blasting process of open-pit mine, combining the feature of HAZOP providing a standardized framework based on structured logic, the final results indicate that the promotion of the HAZOP method to risk identification in various other processes in metal and non-metal mines has a broad prospect, and the demonstration provided in this study holds certain guiding significance.
