建筑用玄武岩矿矿石加工技术性能及利用前景分析

    Processing technical performance and utilization prospect analysis of construction basalt ore

    • 摘要: 以某区域建筑用玄武岩矿为研究对象,系统勘探并分析矿石矿物组成、化学成分、物理力学特性及工业化加工技术性能,结合矿床地质条件、资源储量、开采技术条件与区域市场需求,综合评价其开发利用价值与前景。研究结果表明,该区玄武岩饱和抗压强度为80.27~152.77 MPa,压碎指标为13%,坚固性为1%,无碱活性危害,放射性指标合格,满足建筑用石料Ⅰ-Ⅱ类标准。矿石适配三段破碎加整形筛分标准工艺,累计查明资源量4 462.3万t,剥采比0.17∶1,开采条件简单,既可作为高品质基建骨料稳定供应基地,也可向玄武岩纤维等高附加值领域延伸,对支撑区域基础设施建设与建材产业高质量发展具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Taking the construction basalt ore in a certain area as the research object, this paper systematically explores and analyzes the mineral composition, chemical composition, physical and mechanical properties as well as industrial processing technical performance of the ore. Combined with the geological conditions of the deposit, resource reserves, mining technical conditions and regional market demand, it comprehensively evaluates the development and utilization value and prospect. The research results show that the saturated compressive strength of basalt in this area ranges from 80.27 MPa to 152.77 MPa, the crushing value is 13%, the soundness is 1%, there is no alkali-aggregate reactivity hazard, and the radioactivity index meets the relevant standards, complying with the Class Ⅰ-Ⅱ criteria for construction stone materials. The ore is suitable for the standard process of three-stage crushing combined with shaping and screening. The total proven resource volume is 44.623 million tons with a stripping-to-ore ratio of 0.17∶1 and simple mining conditions. It can not only serve as a stable supply base of high-quality infrastructure aggregate, but also extend to high value-added fields such as basalt fiber, which is of great significance for supporting the construction of regional infrastructure and the high-quality development of building materials industry.
