Abstract: Philippines, near to China, is abundant in mineral resource. The authors introduce the mining management and mining investment environment in Philippines, including mining managements, mining acts, mineral property forms, taxes and fees and mining situations. At the end, the authors also puint out some problems in mining investment in Philippines.
