湖西矿深部大断面软岩巷道支护的DDA数值研究
Discontinuous deformation analysis of deep large-section-soft-rock roadway support in Huxi mine

摘要: 针对湖西矿深部大断面软岩巷道支护难题,根据巷道围岩地质条件及无支护条件下数值模拟结果,提出四种支护方案。采用了不连续变形分析(DDA)方法进行数值分析,模拟了巷道在不同支护条件下围岩的变形、垮落情况。研究表明,支护方案2(锚杆长度2200mm,顶锚杆间排距750mm×1000mm,帮锚杆间排距800mm×1000m,锚索长度4500mm,间排距1500mm×2000mm)效果最佳,顶、底、左帮、右帮的位移量均较小,分别为20.0mm、10.6 mm、9.8 mm、8.6 mm。同时,将数值分析结果与现场矿压实测数据进行了比对,两种结果比较接近,说明DDA方法可以为锚杆支护巷道的优化设计提供参考。Abstract: In order to solve the difficulty of deep large-section-soft-rock roadway support in Huxi Mine, and according to the surrounding rock properties and geological conditions, proposed 4 kinds of support programs. Using DDA numerical software, simulated deformation and cross-off of surrounding rock in different support conditions. The results show that the best support program is NO.2-the length of bolt is 2200mm, spacing of row and column in roof is 750mm×1000mm, spacing of row and column in two sides is 800mm×1000m, the length of cable is 4500mm, spacing of row and column is 1500mm×2000mm. The displacement of roof, bottom, left side and right side is relatively small as 20.0mm, 10.6 mm, 9.8 mm, 8.6 mm. Compared the results observed in the field with the results analyzed by DDA. Two results are nearly equal. Paper to some extent confirmed that DDA method is potential to play an important role in bolt roadway support.
