双液帷幕注浆技术在断层破碎带堵水的应用研究

    The application and study of water plugging in fault fracture zone by the double serous curtain grouting

    • 摘要: 为了避免周源山矿井田东北翼边界宝源河一带宝梨断层漏水引发矿井水灾事故,采用双液帷幕注浆堵水技术和铺设钢筋砼层进行断层堵水。详细介绍了注浆和钢筋砼的施工方案、参数设计及施工工艺。从压水试验结果及所取得岩样来看,本次针对矿井导水性断层漏水的双液注浆工程取得了预期效果,矿井涌水量明显下降。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent Zhou Yuanshan coal mine from flood caused by Bao Li fault leakage at northeast of the mine field, double-serous-liquid-grouting and reinforced concrete layer are adopted to prevent the leakage, the construction scheme of grouting and laying reinforced concrete, the design of the parameters and the construction technology are introduced in details. It can be seen from the test results and the rock samples that the expected effect are achieved by adopting the double-liquid grouting in view of the fault leakage, the water inflow in the mine decreases evidently.
