Abstract: The development of information stimulates the high-speed growth in economy, so the purpose of this paper is to state the importance of information in modern mines-enterprises from the information-demands and information-construction situation in domestic mines or abroad mines. The research analysis carefully the practical applications of information-development which plays the important roles in the resources-utilization, Mining-production, deposits-development, safety-management and the mining-investment, meanwhile it also indicates the relations of the management-reform and information-management in modern mines-Construction. The study marked the design Strategy of mining-management information system based on B/S modes from four aspects.
